He enjoys working with people to create unusual scenes, but he also enjoys simply standing back and capturing absolute, raw emotion. DonQPhotography wants to incorporate both traditional and journalistic concepts into a synergistic image creation. Don's life experiences and many travels have influenced his style more than anything else. For Don, photos and video of the unusual and daring have always been the most intriguing and DonQPhotography wants to offer their viewers those same feelings of wonder . Unusual and creative angles, props and lighting all go into creating a photograph that stirs the soul.

Don served as a linguist in the U.S. Army for 12 years, then received his B.S. in Information Studies with minors in German & Arabic from Florida State University. He has worked in the business and entertainment industry for over 10 years as a songwriter and music producer. He has collaborated with countless artists both stateside and worldwide. His greatest achievements include songwriting for Brian McKnight, Natasha Thomas (International Lacoste Spokesmodel), Uness (Ryan Leslie/Next Selection) and Ace Young (Season 5, American Idol).
