 Join Brande With Elevated Aerial Dance for a Sunday Funday as she introduces you to the art of “Hoop Dance”.  With her specially designed, adult-friendly hula hoops, you will learn the basics of how to Dance while keeping the hoop revolving around your waist, chest, arms, legs, back, and more!  And the best part is, it burns 600 calories per hour!  Wow!!!

Workshops will be held on the beach right next to VIP’s studio. Meet at the VIP studio at 3:45pm!

Register on-line. 15 slots. This includes a 90-minute tutorial of beginner hoop dance moves and a specialized beginner hula hoop to use during the time of the workshop.  Personalized hula hoops may be special ordered for purchase at the end of each workshop.
